1. Who We Are

Ingwe Digital Solutions ("Ingwe", "we") is the responsible party for personal information processed through this client portal, in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). Contact: support@ingwedigital.co.za.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account details: name, email address, phone number, company name, billing address.
  • Billing records: invoices, payment references and transaction history. Card details are processed by our payment providers (e.g. PayFast, Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.
  • Service data: domains, hosting configuration and support tickets.
  • Technical data: IP addresses, browser type and login timestamps, used for security and fraud prevention.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process personal information to: provision and support the Services you order; issue invoices and process payments; secure our platform and prevent abuse; comply with legal obligations; and send service notices. We only send marketing communication with your consent, and every such message includes an opt-out.

4. Sharing

We share personal information only with: domain registries and registrars (to register domains in your name); payment processors (to process your payments); and authorities where the law requires it. We never sell personal information.

5. Cookies

This portal uses strictly necessary cookies for login sessions and security. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

6. Security

Data is protected with encryption in transit (SSL/TLS), access controls, firewalls and routine security updates. No system is perfectly secure; notify us immediately at support@ingwedigital.co.za if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

7. Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required by South African tax and company law (generally 5 years). Hosting content is deleted within 30 days of service termination.

8. Your Rights

Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to processing or lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) — inforeg.org.za. Submit requests to support@ingwedigital.co.za; we respond within a reasonable time and at most within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version is always available on this page with its effective date.
